1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VisionAlign, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Service Description
VisionAlign provides an AI-powered candidate screening and ranking platform. We use our own scoring logic together with third-party AI models (Google Gemini, via the Google AI API) to evaluate candidate alignment with recruiter-provided visions. Scores are decision support: they are presented to the employer with written reasoning, and VisionAlign does not itself accept or reject any candidate.
3. User Responsibilities
Recruiters are responsible for the 'Vision' they input, and for every hiring decision they make using our output. Candidates acknowledge that their responses will be evaluated by AI and agree to submit their own work rather than answers generated by a tool such as ChatGPT. Where our system estimates that answers were machine-generated, that estimate is surfaced to the employer as an advisory signal — it is not a determination, it is not always right, and it does not disqualify an application.
4. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
VisionAlign's AI evaluations are intended as guidance only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI assessments or the final performance of any hired candidate. Recruiters maintain sole responsibility for all final hiring decisions.
5. Intellectual Property
The VisionAlign platform, including its evaluation logic, branding, and interfaces, is the exclusive property of VisionAlign. Users grant us a limited license to process their data (CVs and Visions) solely to provide the services.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not reverse-engineer the platform, use automated scripts to scrape data, or use our AI screening for any discriminatory or unlawful purposes.
7. Subscription & Fees
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon thirty (30) days' notice.
Termination
We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate your license to use the Platform and to block or prevent your future access to and use of the Platform.
