Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, post a job, or submit an application. This includes your name, email address, resume data, and responses to AI-generated screening questions.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to facilitate the AI-powered screening process. Candidate responses and resumes are analyzed by our evaluation engine (powered by Google Gemini) to assess alignment with the recruiter's stated vision and the role's requirements. Scores are advisory and are presented to the employer alongside written reasoning; no application is rejected automatically. We do not sell your personal data.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Resumes are stored securely via Supabase Storage, and all database interactions are protected by strict Row Level Security (RLS) policies.
AI Processing
When you submit an application, your answers and your resume are sent to Google's Gemini API for evaluation. Google acts as our processor for that step, and retention and training behaviour are governed by the Google AI API terms applicable to our account — we will provide those terms on request. We do not send your application to any other AI provider, and we do not use it to train any model of our own.
