Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to take ownership of our core product pipeline at a high-growth technology company. You will not be an order-taker moving Jira tickets; you will be a core member of the team working directly with the founders to translate complex user pain points into elegant, high-impact technical solutions.
Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that we hire for cultural and visionary alignment first, rather than a rigid checklist of skills. We are looking for a builder who takes pride in the end-to-end lifecycle of a feature, from architectural design and database modeling to polished UI/UX implementation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: At least 5 years of shipping and maintaining high-quality production code.
Technical Expertise: Mastery of our tech stack, including Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, and Supabase.
Integration Skills: Proven experience architecting and integrating complex APIs such as Stripe and OpenAI.
Product Ownership: Ability to collaborate directly with founders to define requirements, design database architecture, and build features from scratch.
Design Intuition: A deep-seated care for UI/UX and frontend performance, ensuring that the backend logic is matched by a seamless, performant user experience.
Autonomy: A proactive mindset that thrives in a remote environment where you have the agency to solve problems rather than waiting for instructions.
